Assesment
We start things off by determining the value you want and your objectives. We’ll also help you understand what tenants will expect from you.

Plan
You can use our team as much or as little as you need. Our help can end once we’ve found a tenant, or we can stay involved to manage the property and handle the tenants.

Trust
You can trust us to complete all background checks, arranging deposits, moving in dates, arranging meetings with tenants, we can do the lot. Once the details have been agreed, we’ll get on with managing every detail with as much involvement from you as you feel comfortable with. We will not move anyone into your property without your 100% authorisation.
